We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through secure gateways provided by Razorpay.

Yes, COD is available for selected locations within India.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Yes! We provide domestic shipping across India and international shipping to supported countries. International shipping timelines may vary by destination. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. International delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination. Custom artwork or handcrafted collectibles may take 10–15 business days.

Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel easily.

We accept returns only for damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. Due to the nature of art and handcrafted products, minor variations are normal.
